Tennis star Alexander Zverev has been captured flouting his promise to self-isolate after he was exposed to coronavirus at Novak Djokovic’s ill-fated exhibition tournament.Djokovic, his wife Jelena, his coach Goran Ivanisevic and top tennis players Grigor Dimitrov, Borna Coric and Viktor Troicki all tested positive last week.Zverev was among the players fortunate to test negative after hygiene precautions and social distancing were not practised on the Adria Tour.The 23-year-old subsequently vowed to follow medical advice and self-isolate.“I deeply apologise to anyone that I have potentially put at risk by playing this tour,” he said in a statement last week.“I will proceed to follow the self-isolating guidelines advised by our doctors.
